If you are experiencing odd behavior within the BigPanda console, you can help our team debug the issue by recording your browser's session and network data:

Step 1 - On your browser to BigPanda console, open the Web Inspector view to start collecting the data.

If you are using Google Chrome, right click anywhere on the console and select "Inspect". Click on the "Network" tab.

If you are using Safari, you will need to enable Web Inspector (Safari > Preferences > Advanced tab > Enable "Show Develop menu in menu bar"). Once feature is enabled, you can right click anywhere in the console and select "Inspect Element". Click on the "Network" tab.

If you are using Firefox, right click anywhere on the console and select "Inspect Element". Click on the "Network" tab.

Step 2 - Record your screen showing the issue or odd behavior you are experiencing. (If you are using a Mac computer, you can use QuickTime to record your screen. All other operating systems, you will need to find/download a program to record your screen)

Step 3 - Replicate or show the odd behavior or issue you are seeing with the BigPanda console.

Step 4 - Once you have successfully replicated the odd behavior or issue, you can download and save the HAR file from your browser. Tip πŸ‘‰: When saving the file, include the date as part of the file name (i.e. YYYYMMDD-BigPanda.har)

In Google Chrome, click on the download button:

In Safari, click on "Export" button:

In Firefox, select Settings (gear icon) > Save All As HAR:

Step 5 - Stop recording and reach out to BigPanda Support to transfer the recording and HAR files. You may need to compress/zip the file(s) prior to transferring to BigPanda.
